JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:
Drive ERA staff and relevant stakeholders, maintain the vehicles and prepare periodic progressive reports following given guidelines

Duties/Responsibilities
1. Provide Transport facilitation to ERA Staff and Stakeholders according to ERA guidelines.
2. Deliver mails to the Authority Stakeholders in line with the departmental guidelines.
3. Implement vehicle maintenance schedules in line with the manufacturer’s and related departmental standards.
4. Prepare periodic progressive reports in line with the departmental guidelines.
5. Maintain an accurate record of the motor vehicle log books in line with the departmental guidelines.
6. Take daily mileage recordings in line with the departmental guidelines.
7. Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Academic Qualifications and Working experience
1. Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE).
2. Must have a valid driving permit.
3. Five (05) years relevant working experience in a reputable organization.
4. Certificate in vehicle maintenance is an added advantage
5. Should be below 45 years of age.
