Tulima Solar (U) Company Limited invites applications from qualified, energetic and result oriented Sales Lead Agents to join and support our sales team.

Job Summary
We are looking for reliable, ethical, self-motivated Sales Lead Agents to work and earn attractive commission based on the value of the sales they make! Sales Lead Agents will be responsible for helping to sale company products within their local network, identify leads for potential customers, educate prospects on products through calls, trainings and presentations and providing existing customers with exceptional support, to boost our customer base within their geographic territory. Your success in selling company products could lead to securing a full time salaried position. This is a perfect opportunity for people who want to be their own boss and crave the independence that comes with being self-employed and working within a flexible schedule!


Job Responsibilities
• Develop contact with potential customers in your local territory by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person.
• Form new and continue existing relationships with customers by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact and addressing issues or problems when they come up.
• Maintain strong understanding about product knowledge, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
• Assist the company’s sales department with selling company products, market analysis, business development activities and after sales support.
• Create new methods or strategies to help the company sales team reach monthly targets for product revenue to increase company profitability and region presence.
• Give customers in-person product demonstrations and teach them about the features, benefits and value of the company products.
• Attend all scheduled sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales, goals and obstacles.


Work Experience: The Sales Lead Agents must have strong sales experience, working with farmer groups/organisations, agricultural communities and Sacco’s, experience with credit sales, high value buyers and projects, solar water pump sales and high value agricultural equipment. The candidates should be residents within the Central, Eastern, Western, and Northern part Uganda.


Prerequisites: Strong communication skills, energetic and a motivated team player, comfortable working with farmers in remote fields with minimal supervision, and able to take ownership to represent the company within your community.
