DEPARTMENT HOTEL
Post: Chef d' Parte (3)
Reports to: Hotel Chef
Salary Scale: VHTTI 4Lower
Age Limit: 25-45 years

Required Qualifications:
Diploma in Hospitality or Pastry and Bakery from a recognized University or Institution.
Experience of 5 years in a Hotel Kitchen ,3 of which should be at a Supervisory level of 3 Star Hotel

Duties:
1. Organize duty roster of the immediate staff.
2. Enforce standards and direct activities of the kitchen,
3. Responsible for purchase orders and maintenance of Kitchen records.

Education Requirement: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60
