Job details:
Uganda Microcredit Foundation Limited ( UMF ) a fast growing microfinance institution in Uganda offering inclusive financial and non-financial services to small and medium enterprises in rural and urban areas of Uganda.

UMF is seeking to recruit motivated and qualified individuals to take up the position of 3 Credit Supervisors

Key duties and responsibilities of Credit Supervisor

•  Overall responsibility to consistently coordinate, monitor and control the branch loan portfolio in accordance to UMF’s set policies, procedures and practice.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Possession of a good University Degree in any business related course.
• Work experience of 2 to 3 3 years in a busy financial institution.
• Able to market and recruit potential clients
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Team player and result oriented.
• High integrity, innovative, creative and self-driven
