Purpose:
To provide overall leadership, direction, and management of a school in line with government education policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Ensure effective curriculum delivery and student performance.
• Manage school resources, including financial and material assets.
• Maintain discipline and foster a conducive learning environment.
• Engage with parents, the community, and other stakeholders to support school development.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education.
• At least 5 years of teaching experience, with 2 years in a leadership position.
• Registered with the Ministry of Education and Sports.
