Purpose:
To manage health records and ensure accurate collection, storage, and analysis of health data.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain patient records and ensure their confidentiality.
• Compile, analyze, and report health statistics to management.
• Support data collection for health programs and projects.
• Participate in training health workers on data management and reporting systems.
• Ensure proper use of electronic health information systems.
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Health Records and Information Management from a recognized institution.
• At least 2 years of experience in health data management.

• Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the vacancies which exist in Kikuube District Local Government. Applications to be submitted in triplicate on Public Service Commission Form 3 (Revised 2008) for non-teaching posts and Education Service Commission Form 3 (Revised 1998) for teaching posts should be addressed to the Secretary, Kikuube District Service Commission, P.O. Box 318, Hoima.

(Monday 17th February 2025) Application forms are obtainable at District Service Commissions Offices Country wide and at Public Service Commission offices or can be downloaded from the Public Service Commission website: www.psc.go.ug and www.esc.go.ug. Applicants should attach 3 photocopies of their Certificates, Transcripts, Academic transcripts, Passport photographs, Identity cards (including Institutional and National Identity cards), and should indicate: Job Title, Reference number, Telephone contacts, email, and postal addresses.
