About US:
My Cradle Ltd is championing social economic transformation of the Ugandan low income earning members of the society riding them of the perpetual poverty they endure for generations using uniquely designed effective strategies. It is now promoting a SYCO SHOPA project carrying new innovative approaches of addressing community poverty problems through trade and commerce.

About the Job.
We are looking for skilled socially well connected with grass root community members and with proven ability to attract people in good numbers to the company to have them trained on how this new innovative initiative can help them deal with poverty challenges and consequently get them enrolled into the project as beneficiary customers.

The successful candidates will be tasked with mobilizing interested members of the public using reliable approaches including all possible social media channels and having them register for the said Training sessions.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly communicate to members of the public ensuring they understand and enroll into the programme
  
• Enroll people or customers into the program and schedule them for training.
  
• Manage good communication approaches with customers that encourage trusting relationships
  
• Provide help and support to customers by offering appropriate advice whenever necessary
  

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Post high school Qualification,
  
• Ability to attract very quickly good numbers of people for training.
  
• Very good physical and social media mobilization skills
  
• Excellent communication and people skills
  
• Possession of a polite, thoughtful and friendly attitude
  
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  
• Start Date: this position need to be filled now and starting is Immediate
