Job Specifications:
• Minimum Qualification:
An S.4 Certificate or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Additional Certification:
A Certificate in Child Care and Management will be an added advantage.
• Work Experience:
o Prior experience as a matron in a school or child-care institution will be considered an advantage.
o Knowledge in handling children and addressing their basic needs effectively.
• Key Skills Required:
o Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with children, staff, and parents.
o Organization and time management to handle daily routines efficiently.
o Knowledge of basic first aid and health care for children.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the welfare, hygiene, and discipline of pupils in the dormitory or boarding section.
• Ensuring a safe, clean, and secure environment for students under their care.
• Assisting children in their day-to-day needs, including meals, bedtime routines, and personal grooming.
• Maintaining accurate records of supplies, issues, and events in the boarding house.
• Collaborating with teachers and administrators to ensure the well-being of all students.
