Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client Mota Engil, we are looking for competent candidates to fill the 3 Quality Control Inspector vacant positions.

Key responsibilities:
• Support the Project Quality Manager on the Implementation of MEECA Policies and Client’s requirements in the Project and on the Certification of the Region/Market.
• Implement the Quality Plan (Management systems) for the Project based on the MEECA’s procedures and Client’s requirements.
• Identify and monitor the Project Nonconformities and support the Project Quality Manager to execute the internal audits to the project, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Implement continuous improvement actions to ensure the improvement of the efficiency of the Project with the aim to achieve the predefined Project Objectives and Targets.
• Ensure the monitoring of the inspection, measuring and test equipment.
• Ensure the implementation of Integrated Method Statements (quality, health and safety and environmental) for all activities on the Project and ensure consequent training to all parties, per activity.
• Any other jobs related with Quality assurance and Management System needed for the Project.

Experience and Competences:
• The applicant is required to hold a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum professional experience of three-five (3-5) years in similar functions on related construction projects.
• The applicant should have High degree of integrity.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to deliver accurate results in a timely manner and in an environment with multiple and challenging tasks.
