Job Summary:
Lafab Solutions is recruiting Restaurant Cashiers on behalf of our client, The Spicy Thiali. The successful candidates will be responsible for handling customer payments, processing transactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. The cashiers will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and take their orders.
• Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
• Accurately count back change and provide receipts.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude.
• Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Assist with closing duties, such as balancing the cash drawer and cleaning the area.

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma/Certificate in accounting or related fields.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Good handwriting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills.
