Applications should be filled in Triplicate (3 copies) each bearing the photocopies of academic certificates or transcripts fully certified by the awarding institutions as a must, any other supporting document and 3 current passport size photographs should be submitted to the Secretary, District Service Commission Omoro, P.O.Box 252, Gulu not later than 4 weeks from the date of this advert. Applicants should use Public Service Form 3 (PSF 3), Revised Edition 2008 and ESC Form 3 for teachers which can be obtained from any District Service Commission or Public Service Commission Offices.
