JOB DETAILS:
Position: 4 Field Relationship Managers
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Purpose: Manage the filed Teams in executing customers satisfaction.
The person:
The Field Relationship Manager should be; 28 years and above, a team player, result-oriented, have good territory management, able to work under pressure and achieve the required targets, with 2-year experience in mid-level management. They should exhibit good communication skills and have the ability to excel in sales, be able to speak local languages, have ability to carry out record keeping, work in a rural setting under minimum supervision..
Duties/ Responsibilities
• Coordinate field activities at the energy stores with the FRES teams and local agents, planning and organizing daily field activities to ensure customer retention and growth.
• Enhance field teams‘ accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions. answering technical and procedure questions for less experienced sales team members and ensure delivery on the set targets
• Discover and pursue new sales prospects and maintain customer satisfaction at the ESs
• implementing sales strategy in the Energy Store to ensure client growth for the sustainability of both the Energy Store and the Company.
• Evaluate the credibility and sustainability of the clients,
• Monitoring of client payments trends and control of the non
• payment rate.
• Client and community relations by establishing good relations ship with stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in business administration or humanitarian studies from a recognized institution
• Previous experience in a business environment and sales in the Solar industry will be added advantage.
• Minimum age of 28 years
Knowledge, Skills & Competences:
• Ability to communicate with clients including listening and asking relevant questions
• Ability to give appropriate guidance and feedback to clients
• Ability to analyze customer eligibility
• Ability to negotiate and sell solar Horne systems
• Ability to work in a team and communicate with members
• Ability to work under pressure to meet targets with minimum supervision
• Flexibility and ability to work in rural areas under difficult circumstances
• Good understanding of Solar Home Systems and electrical principles
• Very good level of integrity and honesty
