Overview
The Fresh Graduate Web Data Content Assistant is responsible for editing pages, creating content, and working with HTML on the client website. Additional responsibilities include general work assigned within the company, including email design, analytics, reporting, and general digital marketing work. The role will be responsible for organizing the content of web pages and content across the team and for supporting the wider web team in implementing the website strategy. The postholder will undertake web and competitor analysis compiling reports to underpin site development and progress. A key requirement is the ability to contribute and work effectively across a number of content teams to enhance our web presence. .

Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Implement website strategy meeting KPIs and agreed success factors for web activities.
2. Maintain, update and manage website pages, including dynamic information pages, and to oversee and monitor the production of pages by others.
3. Work closely with colleagues to maintain website standards ensuring developments and improvements are user focused, device responsive, optimised, and meet accessibility requirements.
4. Liaise closely with broader work colleagues, clients and supervisors, to finalise effectively content that is relevant to easily digestible by our audiences.
5. Use Google Analytics to track and analyse web traffic, interpreting the data to create reports and make recommendations to improve the effectiveness and impact of the website
6. Work with other colleagues of the team in the production of error free page for search engine friendliness.
7. Work with other members of the team to monitor our web presence.
8. Create, assemble, harvest, modify and/or edit content, including text, images, and other specifications

Person Specification
Fresh Graduate with Diploma or Degree in Information Technology with the following traits.
• Ability to learn maintaining content on a website including working with pre-defined web standards and online visual identity design guidelines.
• Able to learn and get to understand of URL structure and redirects.
• Able to learn to use web analytical tools such as Google Analytics and compiling reports.

No work experience is required but ability to learn fast.
