JOB DETAILS:
Kyamuhunga Peoples Co-operative Savings and Credit Society Ltd (KYAPS) is a growing SACCO whose operations cover Western Uganda. It started its operations on 28th Dec. 1998. KYAPS is a member- founded member controlled and member-governed Tier four financial institution dully registered as a Cooperative Society under the 1991 Cooperative Act.

Responsibilities
• Store and arrange all office records/files in their Kyamuhunga Peoples Co-operative
• respective shelves
• Keep a record of all outgoing and incoming files
• Create appropriate codes for accurate tracking of files
• Store all files and securities under lock and key
• Keep the stores clean, organized, and easily accessible
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Diploma in records / Archive Management and related Diploma courses.
• Not more than 35 years
• Should possess 2 principal passes at A' Level and credits in English and Mathematics at O' Level.
• At least 1+ years of Store Keeping experience in a reputable public/private institution is an added advantage.
• Computer Literacy skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• High level of integrity

Level of Education: Associate Degree
