Development Centres located at Kigarama C.O.U, Rweibare C.O.U, Mitooma C.O.U, Kihunda Full Gospel Church and Rutooma Full Gospel Church in Districts of Mitooma & Sheema, seeks to recruit suitable, qualified and born again Christians to work in compassion Assisted projects.

Job Title; CHILD DEVELOEMENT OFFICERS
Reports to: PROJECT DIRECTOR

Core Duties and responsibilities of a CDO - HBP:

• Serve as a consistent witness for Jesus Christ with Christ like attitude in dealing with families.
•  Serve as an advocate for children and caregivers.
• Prepare and implement partner plans and budgets.
•  Participate in preparation of program activities and financial reports.
• Monitors and evaluates performance of Home Based Interventions.
• Carries out home visits, group activities and supports the church in identifying home based beneficiaries.

Knowledge skills and abilities required:

• Must be a born again Christian that demonstrates involvement in church ministry.
• A minimum Diploma in Nursing, Midwifery, Community Health, Nutrition, Clinical Medicine, Education and Social Work related disciplines.
• Must be computer literate.
• Good steward of high integrity with ability to design a stimulating environment for children.
• Experience and knowledge in Early Child hood (ECD), GOBIFFF components, Maternal Child health and social intervention programs will be an added advantage,
• Age 22 - 40.
