JOB DETAILS:

Our client is hiring Waitresses to work in a Bar and Restaurant. Waitress plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience for guests. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests' needs are met promptly and professionally

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly upon their arrival.
• Assist guests in selecting food and beverages by providing information about menu items, specials, and recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a courteous manner.
• Set up and prepare tables for new guests, including arranging utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Clear dishes and glassware from tables after guests finish their meals.
• Reset tables for the next round of guests efficiently and neatly.
• Inform guests about ongoing promotions, specials, and events.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure smooth service flow.
• Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by following proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
• Assist with cleaning duties and end-of-shift tasks.

Qualifications:
• No experience Needed.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
• Must be available all time (accommodated at work premises)
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment (Bar and Restaurant) and handle stressful situations calmy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
