Background
Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited, a registered SACCO in Rushere Town Council, operates in the districts of Kiruhura, Kazo, Kamwenge, Ibanda, Mbarara, Sembabule, Kyegegwa, and Lyantonde. We are expanding and looking to hire qualified personnel for the following positions:

4. Credit Officers (7)
Department: Operations

Job Summary:
• Recruit clients and verify sources of income Visit prospective members' homes and businesses to assess creditworthiness Recover loans and conduct routine loan monitoring

Knowledge and Experience:
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a business-related course
• One year of experience working in a financial institution
• Minimum age of 21 years
