8 Customer Service Officers/Call Center Sales Agents at Premier Credit

LOCATION: Call Centre – Head Office

Applications are invited from interested and competent persons to fill the above
positions. All candidates should be ready to challenge themselves to continuously
deliver exceptional performance.

Personal Skills and Qualifications:

  • Should have a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma from a recognized institution,
    preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or Business Administration.
  • Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy & Positive attitude
  • Problem solving Skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is not a Must, but an added advantage
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Content creation, editing & Originality
  • A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Creative in solution finding and able to work under pressure with minimum
    supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Officer (03)

The person should be in position to:

  • Answer and handle large volumes of inbound calls
  • Handle customer queries & complaints
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Develop / document knowledge & content
  • Generate sales leads
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open
    and interactive communication
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Any other responsibilities as need may arise

2. Call Centre Sales Agent

The person should be in position to;

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our
    products and services
  • Manage Leads with the goal of generating sales through conversion
  • Collect customer Feedback and share it with management for product and
    service improvement
  • Achieve the agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Understand customer needs and requirements in order to provide a tailored
    solution
  • Work closely with the Field Sales Team to develop strategies and streamline
    sales processes

Languages Preferred:

English & Luganda (A Must). Any additional languages like Runyakitara, Lukhonzo,
Lango, Acholi & West Nile will be an added advantage

Areas of Residence

The ideal candidate must be residing in areas around Kampala District

Remuneration: Attractive.
