1. Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for:

2. The Proposal document(s) shall be inspected and issued at:

   Uganda Electricity Distribution Company Limited,
   Plot 37, Nakasero Road,
   5th Floor UEDCL Tower,
   P.O. Box 7139, Kampala.

3. The Proposal document in English may be collected by interested bidders upon submission of a written application to the Head, PDU at the address in (2) above.

4. Payment procedures:
   A pre-proposal meeting shall be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, 13th February 2025 in the UEDCL Boardroom on the 5th Floor, UEDCL Tower.
