Bids shall be sold at a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand Shillings). The method of payment shall be by bank deposit in Stanbic Bank, Account Name: Mbarara Hospital Delegated Fund Account, A/C No: 9030005647842. After payment, the bidder or their representative shall present the bank deposit slip to Procurement and Disposal Unit before picking of bidding documents.
