4. Submission of Bids:
   The bidding document shall be issued to interested bidders by email upon submission of proof of payment to procurement@bou.or.ug.

   Bidders may download the tender document from the Bank of Uganda website bou.or.ug and submit their bid with proof of payment or transfer of funds.
5. Virtual Pre-Bid Meeting:
   There shall be a virtual pre-bid meeting on December 09, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. EAT. The meeting link will be shared with all bidders upon request to procurement@bou.or.ug.
6. Bid Submission Deadline:
   The deadline for bid submission shall be January 06, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. EAT.
