JOB DETAILS:
Next Productions Limited, a brand of Next Media, is looking for a dynamic Account manager to join our team. As an account manager, you will be responsible for selling production services, including video production, event coverage, and content creation, to clients across various industries. You will identify potential clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions to meet their objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a creative and collaborative environment.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the media production or advertising industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with the media production landscape in Uganda is a plus.
