Job details:
Salary: 1,200, 000 to 2,000,000 UGX Net per month

Crystal Clear Software Ltd. specializes in the development, marketing, sales, training and support of a micro-finance software product called “Loan Performer”.

Job Summary: The Accountant will provide timely and accurate financial records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Management Accounting and Reporting
• Financial accounting and Internal Controls
• Budgeting
• Tax Management
• Fixed Asset Management
• Audit Management
• Manage the work of the Administrative Assistant
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Business studies with a bias in accounting from a recognized University.
• Professional Certification ACCA or CPA
• Five years of experience in accounting and financial administration.
• Computer literate in IT accounting systems
• Strong managerial and financial oversight skills
• Well-organized, methodical in his/her approach to the office environment
• Financial management.
• May be required to work overtime and sometimes on Saturdays.
