Since 2001, AKU has offered academic programs in nursing, medicine and education in countries across East Africa. The University invites applications for the following position.

ACCOUNTANT

Position Summary

• Payables management
• Revenues and receivables management
• Fixed assets management
• Inventory management
• Coordinating the audit process
• Statutory deductions and related reporting
• Other related duties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting Bachelors of Commence/ Bachelors of Business Administration
•  Professional qualification i.e. ACCA/CPA
• Minimum working experience of 3 years in a large organization with exposure to the various accounting packages
• Good analytical skills
