JOB DETAILS:
Infocode Consults Limited is a dynamic and thriving consultant company committed to excellence . We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and daily transactions.
2. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
3. Ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
4. Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
5. Process and monitor payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
6. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
8. Assist in the preparation of annual audits and tax returns.
9. Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
3. Solid understanding of accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
9. Prior experience with quickbooks and tally is a plus.
