JOB DETAILS:
Quality Plastics (U) LTD is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to assist in preparation of bank reconciliations, maintaining accurate financial records and documentations, support Accounts payables and receivables, process and assist with tax audits and preparations, journal entry postings and perform any other accounting duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payables and receivables.
• Manage Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables processes including entering daily Invoices/bill/journal entries and weekly check runs.
• Reconciling Bank Statements (Payments and receipts) in a timely manner.
• Prepare timely and accurate statutory Returns (NSSF, PAYE, VAT WHT etc.)
• Ensure Supplier invoices and check requests are paid as per company policies and follow up on unapproved Invoices.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure they are properly documented.
• Prepare and process payroll for all company employees.
• Assist in Preparations for end of year Audits.
• Any other duties as maybe assigned by your supervisor in support of the company’s work

Qualifications:
• A Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or any related accounting field from a recognized higher learning Institute.
• Professional accountancy
• CPA or ACCA at least Level II
• Advanced computer Skills in accounting especially Ms. Excel and Tally
• At least 4 years of working experience in accounting job.
• Knowledge is Electronic Fiscal Invoicing and Receipting (EFRIS) shall be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
