COOEC-CPECC Joint Venture consisting of COOEC INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED and CHINA PETROLEUM ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (CPECC) UGANDA LIMITED is a CNOOC Uganda Ltd Contractor for Kingfisher Oil Field Development Package-3, and the scope of work includes four well pads production facilities, central processing plant (CPF), infield Flow Lines, water intake pump stations, temporary camp, etc. If you are an experienced professional who possesses major project experience gained with an oil and gas operator or top tier contractors, then we are looking for YOU!

Job Description
• Responsible for accounting management and analysis, tax management and fund management to ensure compliance with Uganda Legislation policies
• Responsible for controls and coordinates external audit activities and matters
• Must ensure the accurate implementation of laws and regulations, avoid various fiscal and tax risks.
• Responsible for the ability training and performance appraisal of department personnel, and constantly improving the overall quality of financial personnel.
• In charge of controls and coordinates external audit activities and matters
• Must examine and verify accounting reports, tax reports and statistical reports.
• Responsible for the ability training and performance appraisal of department personnel, and constantly improving the overall quality of financial personnel.
• Must ensure the quality of accounting work and results timely and prepare accurate bookkeeping.
• Handle the tax management and accounting management process and assist in any other work assigned by Finance Department Deputy Manager and Finance Department Manager
• Overseas financial experience is an added advantage.

Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, economics or any related majors.
• At least 7 years of financial and tax management experience.
