Job Overview
The Accounts Receivables Officer will manage invoicing, collections, and reconciliation of customer accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions and customer information.
• Communicate with clients to resolve billing disputes or queries.
• Generate regular reports on receivables, collections, and outstanding balances.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve the accounts receivable process.

Qualifications and Skills Required
• Educational Requirements:
o A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
o At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Key Skills:
o Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
o Strong numerical and analytical skills.
o Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
