Job Purpose.
The Accounts Relations Manager (ARM) will be responsible for the execution of the day-to-day activators of the company in efficient and effective manner. He/She will be reporting to the Board of Directors (BOD).
Summary of Job Description
Manage client accounts including marketing, advising, follow up Bank relation relations
Manage general office administration and operations duties to compliance with policies and regulations. Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to the BOU, and all other stakeholder reporting requirements
Participate in the strategic and business planning, and measure performance of the organization. .

• Suitable candidate should be a graduate of economics, Commerce, Business Administration or relevant degree
• skills in taming in MS Office, Tally/Financial Management, Customer Care, reporting
