Upcoming Group of Companies operating in Manufacturing, Construction & Hospitality are interviewing personnel for the following positions
Contract: 2 years renewable
Job Purpose: To provide strategic leadership for all administration & HR activities in accordance with the group strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
• To ensure organization KPI’s are well defined & communicated to all employees
• To support Directors to achieve KPI’s with respect to employees by closely evaluating & monitoring employee Productivity/Efficiency
• Support the development and implantation of HR initiatives and systems.
• To organize periodical HR training programs
• Develop, monitor and review administration policies and procedures.
• Build and lead effective and cohesive teams in different departments of the company
• Strictly implement company’s Rules and Regulations
• To Implement and maintain company’s record management system
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Administration or any other related discipline.
• Five – Ten years’ work experience in a similar field.
• Extraordinary initiative, creativity and capacity to think strategically.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse array of people.
• Team work and respectful working and decision-making style.
• Ability to manage several simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Integrity, diplomacy and professionalism will be essential.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills.
