JOB DETAILS:
LOCATION: Yumbe, Kyenjojo and Sheema Branch
Overall job purpose:
To support the branch in loan appraisal, customer care and office administration work
Job details: Administrative duties:
1. Explaining to all our customers about our products.
2. In charge of handling all the clients enquiries at the branch.
3. Management of branch petty cash.
4. Receiving and making telephone calls and advising all through “while you were away” messages when recipients are not in office.
5. In charge of all office assets that are not assigned to specific staff.
6. Maintaining the clients’ enquiries register. This shall have the client’s name, the address, the telephone number and the nature of inquiry.
7. Ensure that the office is clean, presentable and well maintained.
8. Advice the clients on loan balances as and when required.
9. Management of courier
Operational roles:
a) Record all incoming and outgoing loan application forms at the reception in the Loan application form book register
b) Record all company cheques in the incoming cheque register book.
c) Loan Forms - Receive and verify loan application forms. This includes ensuring application forms are duly filled and all relevant documents attached:
1. Passport photos
2. Bank and Mobile Money Statements – where applicable
3. ID Copy
4. Witness ID
5. Spouse ID
6. Check company stamp – where applicable
7. Check the signature of the contact person – where applicable Check the applicant’s signature
d) Ensure all support documents are attached e.g. previous loan statement.
e) Barcoding loans in Mambu once approved by the Credit Committees
Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
1. Degree in a relevant field.
2. Should have worked with Platinum Credit for at least six (6) months
3. Computer knowledge.
4. Knowledgeable about record keeping.
5. Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
