JOB DETAILS:
Tujijenge Financial Services Ltd, a microfinance institution limited by shares is looking for strong, mature, Self-driven persons with high integrity and ethical values to fill the above position. .

Overall duties and responsibilities:
• To offer support to the branches through coordination, office communications and schedules, type letters and other documents, take minutes, Oversee office mails, logistics, supervise office cleanliness, attend to visitors and inventory management.

Minimum Requirements;
• Applicants should possess a diploma or degree in any business-related course
• Good knowledge and ability to manage inventory
• Good organizational skills
• Good knowledge of computer application (word, Excel and emailing)
• Experience in working in a busy environment, with Supervisory role for at least two years preferably a microfinance institution will be an added advantage.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks
