First Insurance Company Limited is seeking to recruit qualified individuals for the following position:

Position: Agency Supervisor

Job Summary: Responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of agency sales and distribution staff as well as engaging with various stakeholders, across different locations, to execute effective and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and guidance and hold teams accountable for accomplishing business goals and objectives by organizing, monitoring and supervising agency staff and work processes. Strong interpersonal, analysis and numeracy skills are required.

Experience Length: 5 to 10 years of professional work experience in a similar role preferably within the insurance/ hospitality/customer service sectors. Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.

Minimum Qualifications: Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing/Insurance or related field.

Experience Length: 3 to 5 years of professional work experience in similar role supervising sales teams/ agents preferably in the insurance sectors.
