Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will identify and profile potential business persons able to invest and operate a Betin Agent Shop.
• Make business presentations to the identified potential agents for purposes of recruitment.
•  Support the recruited agents in identifying potential locations for shop setup.
• Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The ideal candidate for the BetIN Uganda Agent Recruitment Executive job must hold a Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in the recruitment of Fast Moving Consumer Goods(FMCG) agents where if such experience is from the telecom sector would yield an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
