JOB DETAILS:
MADFA cooperative savings and credit society limited fastest growing financial institutions operating in Bunyoro region, provide appropriate financial services economically empower them for better livelihood. We are looking for likeminded, creative, and result driven individuals to fill the position of AGRICULTURE CREDIT ASSISTANTS .

Job purpose:
• To manage field activities by performing specific tasks including mobilization, training, and assessment of agriculture loan applicants to attain and maintain high quality loan portfolio growth that is consistent with the expectations of the society.

• Minimum of a diploma in an Agriculture related field
• Ability to train farmers good agronomic practices
• Ability to ride a motorcycle
