JOB DETAILS:
Requirements:
• A Master's degree or professional qualification in Climate Change, Agriculture & Food Security, Agroecology or Agribusiness in combination with Environmental Science or a related field.
• Five (05) years of progressive professional experience in agriculture and climate change, working with smallholder farmers and their organisations as well as private sector actors and government institutions.
• Five (05) years working experience in organisational development of Farmers Organisations (experience with MSME's is an added advantage).
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
