Minimum Qualification

Applicants should be Ugandans holding an “A” Level Certificate of Education with at least two principal passes in Science subjects with a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License from a recognized Institution. Applicants should possess Engineering Instructor License and Ground Instructor License or equivalent certification from a recognized Institution.

Working Experience
Possession of one (1) year working experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in an approved maintenance organization will be an added advantage.

Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for performing the following duties:-
1. Assisting in maintenance of the Academy aircrafts;
2. Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of aircrafts and other equipment under supervision of the Senior Aircraft Maintenance Engineer;
3. Supervising Technicians;
4. Updating of Technical Records regarding the Academy aircrafts;
5. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
