JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• During the service period, assist in conducting research on the current status and future needs of various operational aspects, such as inspection, remote monitoring, reservoir management, production management, injection-production management, gathering and transportation management, equipment and facility management, safety emergency management, and cost management.
Determine the current status of network communication and IT infrastructure environment in the target oilfield.
• Proficient in the use of system prototyping design software and mind mapping software, including but not limited to Axure, Mockplus, Xmind, and other software. Able to utilize the those software to complete corresponding prototype design

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above.
• Major is Petroleum Engineering/ Computer Science or other related majors.
• At least 2 years of experience in information technology needs analysis in the oil and gas industry, or having experience on the related positions such as product manager and other key roles.
• Good professional English skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing. work.
• Familiar with the software project development process in the petroleum industry with excellent knowledge of oil and gas field operations.
• Knowledge Microsoft Office software, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT and PROJECT, etc.
• Have good analytical skills with a high attention to detail and engineering spirit.
• Be able to cooperate with project team leaders to promote the smooth implementation of the project.
 Full of team spirit, happy to deal with various relationships.
• Be able to work under pressure, hard-working, good at self- motivated, energetic.
• Excellent documentation writing and organizing skills, able to accurately describe customer requirements.
Assist the project manager in tracking and controlling the progress of project research
Guide in identifying technical requirements.
Break down and extract current technical pain points and issues.
• After the completion of the research, assist in preparing the current state research and requirements analysis report based on specific requirements with the project manager.
• During the service period, complete other matters arranged by Avanti.
• Good conduct dedication honesty and self-discipline strong sense of confidentiality, good team spirit.
• Support the corporate culture and policies of Avanti and conscientiously implement the policies.
• Good professionalism and sense of confidentiality.
