JOB DETAILS:
To implement a sustainable technology and operations risk assurance capability by executing, investigating, monitoring and reporting on a risk-based combined assurance plan for engineering, technology and or related risks.

Roles and Duties
• Work towards positive outcomes on all risk assessments conducted by internal and external parties in order to contribute to the assurance that business is undertaken in a compliant manner to avoid operational losses, fines, penalties or reputational damage to the organisation.
• Conduct health checks per weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly risk reviews list in line with the agreed Governance, Risk & Control framework, policies, procedures and service level agreements
• Contribute to the periodic and ad-hoc system, process or data related reviews as per the respective plan
• Collect, capture and maintain GRC data to ensure information is reliable to enable effective decision-making
• Build, develop and maintain relationships with the key internal and external stakeholders relevant to the Governance, Risk and Control area of specialisation
• Responsible for document management as it pertains to Business Continuity Management (BCM) to ensure documentation is up-to-date and available for submission to internal and external audit team

Qualifications
• First Degree in Business Commerce, Finance and Accounting, Audit, Banking, Legal or any appropriate field of study
• At least 3-4 years experience in the realm of performing detailed analysis in order to identify trends and implement mitigating actions in order to provide assurance.
• 3-4 years experience in banking environment and understands bank processes, products, data and systems. Dealing with different stakeholders at different levels both internal and external.
