Job Summary:
The Hotel Manager assumes comprehensive responsibility for overseeing the operations of the hotel, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, managing a diverse team, and achieving financial and operational benchmarks. Strong in leadership, astute organizational acumen and a commitment to upholding service standards are paramount in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Experience Management:
• Spearheaded the design and implementation of superior guest service protocols to exceed expectations.
• Lead the rapid and effective resolution of guest concerns, feedback, and grievances.
• Conduct continuous assessments of guest satisfaction metrics, driving continuous enhancement initiatives.
2. Operations Optimization:
• Directly oversee and administer all hotel/Apartments departments, encompassing front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and administration.
• Co-ordinating interdepartmental and communication channels to deliver flawless guest experiences.
• Execute comprehensive facility maintenance strategies to ensure Hotel rules are adhered to, exercise high levels of integrity, and regulatory compliance.
3. Resourceful Team Leadership:
• Undertake appraisal, and training of the hotel’s diverse workforce.
• Cultivate an environment of productivity, innovation, and teamwork and fostering professional growth.
• Plan staffing schedules and task allocations to optimize workforce efficiency.
5. Strategic Marketing and Sales:
• Collaborate with marketing teams to come up potent campaigns and amplify the hotel’s brand.
• Identify, scrutinize, and capitalize on untapped avenues for growth and service enhancement.
• Discern revenue augmentation opportunities and steer strategic measures to amplify occupancy rates and reservations.
• Nurture long term relations and affiliations with travel agencies, corporate partners, and market stakeholders.
6. Meticulous Quality Assurance and Compliance:
• Implement quality standards and adherence to regulatory prerequisites.
• Imposing impeccable standards through thorough inspections to ensure hygiene excellence at all times
• Ensure timely fumigation
Qualifications and Skills:
• Possession of a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Evidential accomplishments in hotel management or leadership roles.
• Demonstrable experience in strategic leadership, organization, great communication and resolute decision-making prowess.
• Adeptness in utilizing hotel management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
