JOB DETAILS:
Objectif du poste :
• Application Manager, Medical Services, in Enterprise Applications is responsible for leading and/or reviewing the design, development, deployment, enhancement, Performance Fine Tuning, and support of MS Applications from the functional perspective from the capacity of Business Analyst and IT Project Lead.
• The Application Manager is also expected to build good relationships with other team members in Medical
• Services Business Line, IT Digital Team, IT Business Partnership Team, Architecture Team, Development
• Partners, Information Security Team, and IT Shared Service Teams like Infrastructure teams, etc., and serves as the trusted IT advisor in MS Enterprise Applications.
Responsabilites Principales:
Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
Business Analyst
Design and/or review applications as per Business requirements, review Technical Architecture and/or
Solution Architecture Approach;
• Act as a functional solution provider for the Applications. The solutions provided should be of high quality, robust and scalable;
• Accountable and Responsible for all functional aspects of the applications;
• Perform Applications Management, create Applications Roadmaps covering functional streams, and work closely with the business team;
• Contribute to successful organizational change management, including the training and support of end users;
• Evaluate Applications in markets and make recommendations;
• Drive Vendors towards Problem Management and SLA Compliance;
IT Project Lead
• Oversee projects executed by Vendors and be accountable for the delivery of projects from Vendors. If required, able to also manage the project from the capacity of Project Manager;
• Perform project planning, estimation/review of effort, and Project Control;
• Review and revise scope considering any new information and/or changes to initial assumptions, including implications for project time, cost, quality, and risk;
• Review and Manage defects during the project life cycle;
• Assess the change requests requested in the application and escalate to Business and IT Owners as required;
• Ensure adherence to enterprise methodologies and processes, and provide input to develop and improve such methodologies and processes, to meet best practices and ensure regulatory compliance;

• Experience working in EMR or HIS;
• Experience in Project Management and able to lead and guide developers, and work with internal and offshore development teams to deliver systems according to specifications as well as leading and Performing postproduction support;
• Experience in working in an environment where structured SDLC (waterfall and agile), Project Delivery
• Methodology and ITIL methodology is practiced;
• Experience in working with outsourced vendors in Development and Support;
• Experience in cross-matrix reporting structure spread across a Region in a Multinational Corporation;
Required Qualifications (Brief description of the educational background needed to perform the job)
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or engineering discipline;
• Foundation Certification in ITIL is desirable;
• Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management (Prince2/PMI accreditation) or MBA is desirable;
Required Languages (Brief description of the language skills needed to perform the job)
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English;
• Travel / Rotation Requirements (Brief description of any travel or rotation requirements)
• Moderate (25%) Travel is required;
