ASPIRE is a program developed by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) to build local talent in the international relief and development field. With this opportunity, CRS recruits highly qualified individuals and champions their professional development through structured training, strong supervision and mentoring. While completing a comprehensive 12-month training plan, ASPIRE participants hone their skills in six core areas and support critical CRS programs. Upon successful completion, these
