Position Overview
• The Assistant Conference Manager will work closely with our Conference Manag ers to coordinate and oversee all aspects of conferences, ensuring that they run smoothly and meet our clients' expectations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Previous experience in conference or event planning is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Flexbility to work occasional evenings and weekends during conferences.
