Post : Assistant Lecturer - Department of Humanities and Language Education

Reporting To Head of Department

Key, Duties and Responsibilities
• Teaching, examining and grading students;
• Supervision of research for students;
• Mentoring of junior staff;
• Conducting research and community outreach activities;
• Writing proposals for attracting funding to the department;
• Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Required Qualifications
i. Master of Education (Religious Studies) or MA Religious Education
ii. At least a second class upper Bachelor of Education majoring in Religious Studies or BA with a PGDE (Religious Studies)
Tenure of Appointment 4-year Contract
Age Limit APPLICANTS SHOULD NOT EXCEED FORTY (40) YEARS OF AGE AT THE TIME OF APPLICATION.
