JOB DETAILS:
Our client, Horyal Investments Holding Company Ltd has commenced the process to operationalize á leading new sugar factory at AtiakUganda ,East Africa. The Factory, jointly owned by the Government of Republic of Uganda ,with annual production capacity(APC). 60,000 Tonnes of granular sugar seeks to recruit competent persons for the following position.
Job Title: Assistant Operators (Boiler)
Reports to: Boiler Operators
Purpose:
Assist the Boiler Operator to oversee all boiler related operations and coordinate work of subordinates in the boiler house with the aim of achieving maximum steam generation for efficient operations of prime movers in the factory. .

Job Responsibilities: Not Specified

Specific knowledge & Skills:
• Fire hazard management and control skills
• Good knowledge of machinery functioning principles and procedures
• Skills and experience in overhauling and operations maintenance of the boiler and good communication skills

Required Education qualification:
• A minimum of Craft Certificate Part 1 in Basic Engineering.
• However those who have trained on the job and have worked in a similar environment for at least two (2) years would also apply.
Experience:
• Experience in supervising subordinates, standard housekeeping procedures and safety regulations
• Age: 25 Years and above

Job Education: Craft Certificate Part 1 in Basic Engineering

Job Experience: two (2) years

Work Hours: 8
