JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for Assistant Relationship Managers - SME to sell SME products and provide business banking solutions to customers in Mbarara, Lira, Fort Portal and Gulu.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant business discipline.
• Any professional qualification in general banking is an added advantage.
• A master's degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and services. Ability to identify, analyze and structure both SME lending requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services.
• Demonstration of knowledge in Digital Financial services and their relevance to customers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to win business.
• Passion for performance.
• Open to new ideas in a rapidly changing business environment and innovative.
