JOB DETAILS:
Work place: Krsna mart, Kololo, opposite acacia mall
Work hour - Monday- Friday
Salary: 400k-1M and above - depends on qualification and ability
Responsibilities
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Representing the company in legal proceedings, including negotiations, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Collaborating with internal departments to identify and mitigate legal risks.
• Managing and maintaining legal records, including contracts, licenses, and litigation files.
• Assisting in the resolution of legal disputes and claims.
• Liaising with external legal counsel and coordinating legal matters as required.
• Providing legal training and guidance to employees on legal issues and compliance matters.
