JOB DETAILS:
Job duties:
• Provide high level administrative support by managing correspondence and office operations.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings and events, while ensuring effective time management.
• Handle confidential communications and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in communication, business administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Luganda, with strong writing and editing abilities.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 60
Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
