Job Opportunity
PAX Insurance Company Ltd seeks to recruit qualified candidates Countrywide, who are committed to join our Team to do Insurance Business Lead generation.
To do Insurance Business lead generation from our Bank Partners.

Roles and responsibilities
• Identify market and schedule meetings with potential clients from the Banks for Insurance business.
• Provide a consultative approach to create innovative solutions that best fit the needs of each individual client.
• Develop, grow and manage key accounts in the corporate market established.
• Identify markets and schedule meetings with potential clients.
• Provide a consultative approach to create an innovative solution(s) that best fits the needs of each individual client. Develop, grow and manage the key accounts in the corporate market established especially the bank distribution lines.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with clients and earn their trust
• Manage and follow up on the developed accounts.
• Submit weekly reports and avail status updates to the line supervisor.
• Develop and manage strong relationships with clients.

Job requirements, skills and experience
• Minimum of a Diploma in any Business related field.
• COP Qualification is an added advantage.
• At least one year in Insurance Sales.
• Excellent marketing skills.
• Excellent skills and proven ability to establish and maintain interpersonal and professional relationships.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Associate Degree
