JOB DETAILS:
Primary Responsibilities
• Achieve set Bancassurance Retail Sales Target
• Execute marketing programs in line with the Bancassurance strategy for business growth.
• Sign up new insurance clients sourced from Retail and Workplace Banking
• Upsell and cross sell insurance to existing customers as per stipulated targets.
• Close leads assigned.
• Ensure client documentation is dispatched to insurer with set timelines. •Ensure timely premium collection from leads closed.
• Prepare relevant reports-Understand the insurance legal environment.

Qualifications & Competences
• Academic
• Bachelors Degree
• Certificate of Proficiency (Added advantage)
• Diploma in Insurance (Added advantage)
